Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your purchasing date to request a return. Products must be unused and in their original box (if it came in a box). No returns will be accepted on used products or when allergies occur due to product purchase/use.

To start a return, you can contact us at: info@lavendermia.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the returned product is received by us, you will receive Lavendermia spa credit to use towards future products or services.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s). Once opened, if the items inside are damaged, customers have 48 hours to make a claim to our customer service, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When reporting damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box will be requested.
 
We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer.
